Quality Control
Hair Tech's mission is to ensure that all products that leave our factory conform to our customer's specifications and meet not only our standards but also conform to the destination market's directives and legislation. We strive to be a leader in our industry and our QC team will rigorously pursue these objectives with the support from all departments of our organization.
All Hair Tech's products are subject to the following rigorous processes.
1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
All raw materials are 100% checked before acceptance in our warehouse.
2. IPQC (In Production Quality Control):
We conduct in-line control during all phases of assembly prior to mass production; we produce 2% of the order quantity as pre-production samples for compliance and testing for 24 hours to ensure the sample batch is stable. QC inspectors take all semi-finished products for test during a mass production run and each product undergoes an aging test for half an hour following assembly.
3. FQC (Final Quality Control)
On completion of unit production our QC inspectors re-check the products to ensure they completely comply with standards and specifications before release. This includes all electrical functions and performance tests, visual appearance, quality of silk-screening, primary & secondary packaging.
4. OQC (Out-going Quality Control)
Prior to shipment we will conduct a final audit as a further check on functionality and appearance to ensure we are completely satisfied that the consignment can be released.
